Battling the sickness

This is a photo of a sick kitten, she is only about 4 weeks old and already she's battling something life threatening.
She has a bacterial infection as well as an infection in her eye, she was put on antibiotics but only is she has the strength will she make it.
Already I am seeing a slow improvement in her condition, here she was the most active I've ever seen her, she wobbled right towards me.
She has been sleeping for so much due to her condition, she can't eat, the food goes right through her.

I know, this picture isn't the best quality, I should of kept the flash on, but I didn't so thats' why everything isn't clear and is orange.
But the quality isn't why I am uploading this, the reason why is because if something as small, dependent and weak as a 4 week old kitten can remain strong and battle her sickness
well, I'd imagine you can as well, and not just a sickness but probably addiction as well.
Another reason is because
no matter where you are in the world
whether such a place has a spading and neutering clinic or not, there will always be puppies and kittens in the streets.
And they can't make it on their own if they are only about 4 weeks old and without a mother.
We need to take better care of our animals
and not just house cats and house dogs, but ALL of them.
